In face of the irresistible rise of the mass movement in struggle for its demands and against the dictatorship, the latter has no answer but ever more ferocious repression. To the state of exception in Vizcaya (Biscay) and
Guipúzcoa, where fascist gangs are acting jointly with the police to carry out a merciless manhunt, there has now been added an escalation of repression in the rest of the Spanish state.
