ANTINUCLEAR DEBATE AT DUTCH LABOR PARTY CONGRESS
THE HAGUE, Jan. 25 -- Broad opposition against the extreme right= wing pro-imperialist leadership was expressed at the annual congress of the Dutch Labor party held here Jan. 1819. Debate centered around problems of military policy. An amendment to the main resolution, supported by several members of Parliament, urged the party to come out in favor of unilateral nuclear disarmament. The vote was 307 "for" and 2,128 "against." ,
