_ SANTIAGO DE CHILE -- A meeting was held at the Esmeralda theater Séptember 27 to celebrate the anniversary of the victory of the Chinese Revolution, The meeting, which was attended by some 500, aimed at helping the development of a "pro-Chinese" wing in the Communist party of Chile.
