UNEXPECTED BACKFIRE
While making an inspection tour during his recent visit to Vietnam to gather first-hand information for Kennedy about the situation there, Defense Secretary McNamara was shown a cache of weapons captured from the Vietcong guerrilla forces. One impressive-looking weapon is reported to have caught his eye. "Oh! Oh! Chinese materiel!"
