Some seventy demonstrators: met in a . rally at the new city hall June 4 and marched to the U.S. consulate general: carrying placards demanding that the U.S. withdraw from the naval base it maintains on- ‘Cuban. soil at Guantanamo.

"Hands Off the Cuban People!" was _ the theme of the spirited | demonstration.
