The Spanish-language edition of World Outlook has taken another encouraging step ahead. The latest issue of Perspectiva Mundial, a double number containing 52 pages, is photo-offset. Besides a series of items in a type face like that used by World Outlook, the editors have taken advantage of the process to reprint the chapter from Trotsky's History of the Russian Revolution on "The Bolsheviks and Lenin."
