THAT SPECIAL ISSUE
In our March 24 issue we reported that our "next issue" would be dated April 7. Meanwhile all our subscribers will have received (we hope) a special issue containing the full text of Fidel Castro's March 13 speech. When the official English translation became available, we thought that it ought to be given the widest possible circulation -- and as early as possible. We therefore changed plans and celebrated missing the regular March 31 issue by putting out a special issue. We hope that you found Castro's speech as interesting politically as we did.
